PLACING AN ORDER:

• No options of registration or other formalities, you can simply send official emails for placing a purchase order
• All orders are processed by Manual email correspondences.
• Orders will be shipped at the estimated time mentioned on email correspondence.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT:

Any kinds of reliable payment terms are acceptable; it depends on negotiation at the time order.
Your order will not process until and unless we receive payment or confirmation of payment.
Forwarding As we believe in quality services, we recommend different types of forwarders for you. You can choose your forwarding Company while placing or before delivery of order unless and otherwise you don't want CIF services from Atone New Energy Limited

• Shipment cost depends upon the size of orders, each and every final destinations and mode of shipment.
• Our products are valid for every destination around the world.
• For sample order, we recommend to use most popular shippers and handlers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and Sky Net.
• For Bulk order, we recommend to use AIR CARGO or LAND & SEA CARGO.
• Shipping by AIR CARGO or LAND & SEA CARGO shall also be made according to the customer's requirement; we have professional handling agents for this option. We can also deliver the order to your own handling agent as per your instruction.
• WE can provide you CIF, Ex-warehouse and FOB services as per requirements.
• It might take from a week to months to get your order to you depending on the shipping company and custom formalities at the country of destination.

PRICING:

• All the product prices will be based on negotation of FOB or CIF or Ex-warehouse.
• Prices are also based on the volume purchase of each item.

INSURANCE:

We request our customers to be aware of possible risks against loss of goods, theft or even damage in transit period. Such risks can be covered by insurance; the responsibility of insurance depends on either party as per negotiation at the time of correspondence. Atone New Energy Limited will not be responsible for the claims if the order is not insured.

AGREEMENT:

Placing an order or purchasing any items with Atone New Energy Limited, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions automatically until and unless we don’t sign for other agreements of sales.
